Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy

At SunKissedByOmalicha, all skincare products are handcrafted and made fresh in small batches. Due to the nature of our products and health regulations, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

  • No returns or exchanges

  • No refunds for change of mind or preference

Why We Do Not Accept Returns

  • Skincare products cannot be resold once opened due to hygiene and safety reasons

  • Products are naturally formulated without harsh preservatives

  • Product integrity cannot be guaranteed once it leaves our facility

Quality Assurance

Every order is:

  • Made fresh in small batches

  • Quality checked prior to shipping

  • Securely packaged to ensure safe delivery

Customers are encouraged to review ingredient lists and product descriptions carefully and contact us with any questions before purchasing.

Replacements (No Refunds)

While we do not offer returns or refunds, replacement products may be issued at our discretion for the following issues:

  • Item damaged during shipping

  • Manufacturing defects (rare)

  • Incorrect item received

Replacement requests must:

  • Be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Retain original packaging

If approved, a replacement will be shipped. Refunds will not be issued.
Response time: 24–48 business hours.

  • Products have a 9-month shelf life after opening

  • Store in a cool, dry place

  • Always review ingredient lists for allergies prior to purchase
