At Sunkissed by Omalicha, every order is handcrafted with care and packed with love. We’re a small-batch, made-to-order skincare brand, which means your goodies are freshly prepared—no dusty shelves, no mass production. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During restocks, launches, or sales, please allow 2-3 business days for processing due to increased volume.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location. Delivery estimates vary by carrier, but typically fall within:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout when applicable)
Once the package leaves our hands, we rely on USPS, UPS, or other trusted carriers to complete delivery.
Local Pickup (if applicable)
If you’re located in Chesapeake, VA we offer free local pickup on select dates. You’ll receive a confirmation email with pickup details and instructions once your order is ready.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
If you haven’t received your tracking email after 5 business days, reach out to us at sunkissedbyomalicha@gmail.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sunkissed by Omalicha is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

Check with neighbors or building management

Wait 24 hours (sometimes packages are prematurely marked "delivered")

File a claim with the shipping carrier
We're happy to assist where we can, but we are not able to replace or refund items lost after delivery confirmation.
Incorrect Addresses
If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at sunkissedbyomalicha@gmail.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address. Once it’s shipped, we cannot change the address, and you may need to place a new order.
Delays Due to Weather or Holidays
Shipping carriers may experience delays during holidays or severe weather conditions. These delays are out of our control, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
International Shipping
We are currently only shipping within the United States. We hope to expand soon!
